Operation Neptune Spear Part 3:

Storyline:
Operation Neptune Spear
Loosely Based on Zero Dark Thirty. Set in a fictional city of Islamahuntley Pakistan, The greatest man hunt in history.
In 2003 CIA analyst are tasked with finding the al-Qaeda terrorist leader and his network of commander’s after the US terror attacks, nearly a decade-long international manhunt starts.

After CIA Saudi Group interrogates a unreliable detainee with suspected links to several of the hijackers at black Ops site, detainee’s attempt to conceal the importance of a courier with intelligence connects to a high racking al-Qaeda commander’s, CIA team in Pakistan use electronic methods to eventually pinpoint a courier’s location, who exhibits behaviour that delay confirmation of his identity, thus confirming that the subject is likely a senior courier.

The CIA set up a meeting with a Jordanian doctor, highly placed within al-Qaeda, who has offered to become a US spy for $25 Million, he turns out to be a triple agent loyal to al-Qaeda.

Eventually in 2011 the CIA puts a compound under satellite surveillance but obtains no conclusive identification of bin Laden. The President’s National Security Advisor tasks the CIA and Seal Team Six DEVGRU with devising a plan to uncover the al-Qaeda network and kill or captures there leader.. Wait out for you 24hr warning orders!

This is a 3 part deployment, Do you and your team have what it takes to survive!
Teams will be allocated a C.C.P./FOB to operate out of for the duration of the event.
Our normal safe zone will remind open for players to return for consumables such as ammo, food etc.

On arrival

You will find a large electric gate that will be closed. A member of staff will be at the gates waiting for you.

Please ensure
• You follow the signs once inside the gates to the safe zone car park.
• You do not drive on the grass, stick to the roads and keep your speed down.
• All Airsoft weapons/RIFs are bagged made safe before arriving to the venue.

Club Membership

£50.00 for the year inc. UKARA membership, privileges include £5 discount on green fees at all Op-Tac ran venues, 10% discount on all purchases over £50 and up to £150 max purchase at Staffordshire Militaria, members only invites to The Kingdom.

Rules apply at all times

 Safety & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Ballistic rated eye protection must be worn at all times while on site, except when inside the designated safe zone.
• Full face protection is strongly recommended. It is mandatory for all players under 16 years of age.
• Adequate footwear providing strong ankle support must be worn. Boots are required, trainers are not permitted.
• Gloves and helmets are recommended.
• Sleeping: Sleeping in game is permitted. Eye protection must be worn at all times while sleeping in the game area. Posting a sentry is advised.

Weapons, Ammo & Equipment

General: All weapons must be made safe before entering the safe zone.
Permitted Gear: All tactical equipment is allowed including but not limited to radios, helmets, armour, NVGs.
Weapon accessories: Anything can be used.
Restrictions: No HPA Pistols as a Primary. Fixed blade knives are prohibited (Rubber training knives permitted). Green military lasers are prohibited (Low powered red lasers permitted).
Magazines: Mid Cap magazines only with the exception of high cap box magazines being allowed if you are running a support weapon.
Ammo: Loose ammo is allowed to be carried on your person or left at your FOB.
Special Roles: Ghillie suits are restricted to sniper and DMR roles only.

Hits, Medic & Respawn Rules

Defining a Hit: A hit is classed as a direct strike from a BB to any part of the player and their equipment. This does not include the weapon in hand.
Immediate Action: When Hit, a player must leave the playing area as quickly as possible with one hand raised in the air above their head whilst continuously calling “dead man walking” or use a Dead Red Rag.
The Medic Process: 1st time shot: After being shot player must drop to the floor and is now DEAD. (Can make groaning sounds).
• Any player can medic—to medic the DEAD player, tie a Tourniquet or WHITE medic arm band on to the player to revive.
• NOT allowed to self medic.
• Only one medic arm band is allowed to be carried on each player.
• Repeat if shot again

Bleed Out & FOB: Not allowed to move once shot until Bleed Out time 5 Min is done (*On the spot).
• Not allowed to remove medic arm bands – No Max medic arm bands allowed before having to attend teams F.O.B.
• If killed by IED/Grenade/TAG round/ or any in game explosives, players are now DEAD and have to return to F.O.B. No arm bands required.
• DEAD Players returning to the team’s F.O.B. to re-gen cannot be captured.
Conduct: Dead men do not talk and will be deemed as poor conduct.

Engagement & Combat Rules

General: Blind firing of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Buildings: * Full automatic fire is permitted when shooting into or out of a building.
• Within 5 metres of any building, players must switch to semi-automatic only.
• Once inside a building, single shot only.
• Three round burst is not permitted indoors.

Close Range:
• There is no enforced BANG rule.
• Players are expected to use common sense at close range.
• No headshots at close range.

Conduct, Marshaling & Discipline

Zero Tolerance: We operate a zero tolerance policy on poor conduct. Violence, intimidation, or bullying toward players or marshals will not be tolerated.
Sportsmanship: Cheating will not be tolerated. Accusing others of cheating or directing abuse at any individual will not be tolerated. Report concerns directly to a marshal.
Authority: Arguing with marshals will not be tolerated. The marshal’s decision is final at all times.
Reporting: Any issues must be reported to a marshal immediately so they can be addressed at the time.

Three Strike Policy

First offence: formal warning.
Second offence: removal from the game for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Third offence: removal from the event and a ban from future Op-Tac events.

Site Facility Rules

Arrival/Departure: All players must sign in upon arrival and sign out when leaving the site.
Site Care: Any individual responsible for deliberate damage to the site will be held liable for repair costs.
Out of Bounds: Areas marked with “Out of Bounds” signs or warning tape must not be entered under any circumstances.
Facilities: Smoking is permitted only when not inside any building on site. Buildings must not be used as toilets. Designated toilet facilities will be provided; they must not be attacked or damaged.
Sleeping: Sleeping in your vehicle within the car park is permitted. Sleeping off site is permitted (must sign out/in).
Briefings: All players will be given a full breakdown of all rules during the morning safety brief.

All one-time use Pyrotechnics & Ammo MUST be biodegradable
Weapons Rules:

• All weapons must be operated on semi automatic only, except approved support weapons.
• Mid capacity magazines only.
• HPA tapped pistols using M4 magazines or other magazine adaptors are not permitted.
• Only approved support weapons may be used. M4 platforms fitted with box magazines and SMGs fitted with drum magazines are not permitted.
• Only approved DMR platforms may be used. Modified MP5s or AR platforms that exceed standard limits are not permitted.
• Loose ammunition may not be carried on your person. Ammunition must remain at the FOB or designated harbour area.

FPS Rules:

Automatic RIF  350fps (feet per second)
DMR / Semi Only RIF  450fps with a 25m M.E.D. *Must have a sidearm
Bolt Action RIF  500fps with a 30m M.E.D. *Must have a sidearm
Pistols & Side Arms  350fps
All weapons must be chronographed with 0.2g BBs at the start of the event, and random chronographing will take place throughout the event. Any player found trying to cheat the chrono will be immediately removed from the event.

The on-site shop has a wide selection of bio 0.20s/ 0.25s/0.32s/0.43s on sale when signing in. If you need any other weights, please bring your own – you will not be allowed to play with non-bios.

All one-time use Pyrotechnics & Ammo MUST be biodegradable

Must be 18 + to use pyrotechnics of any kind.

Allowed pyros:

• Only TLSFX and Enola Gaye
• MK3, MK4, MK5 and MK7 Thunder flashes
• EG 67 Ring Pull and all other ring pull types
• 209, 9mm, Magflash, 12G blanks
• Smoke Grenades
• GR20’s using Blue Training Loads
• GTR60’s using Blue Training Loads
• TAG rounds
Anything else – Please show us in the morning before the event.

Grenades in buildings:

Any player in a room is dead unless behind hard cover. Hard cover is classed as a physical barrier between the player and line of sight of the grenade i.e a wall, not hiding behind the player in front of you!

Grenades Outside/open terrain:

Kill radius of within 5m/15ft. Hard cover rule applies

Mortars/TAG Rounds Outside/open terrain:

Kill radius of within 15m/45ft. No allowed to fire directly at another player/Must be fired at 45 degree angle. Hard cover rule applies

Smoke Grenades:

Smoke is for screening purposes only and does not have any other in-game effect. Military smokes are allowed outside of buildings. No military smokes inside buildings.

Game effect pyro:

Any other pyro that has any in-game effects will be used and controlled by a marshal; the marshal will inform the players affected and to what extent.
